Vortex Optics isn't the only business to back what they sell with a lifetime warranty. They are, however, unique in their fanatical devotion to customer service. The challenge here was to show our warranty, and the people who back it up, in a fresh light. We even threw in the photo subject's extension if customers wanted to call.
