HI. I'M MICAH.
I'm a copywriter and creative living and working in Madison, WI.
I'm the father of two boys, Frank and Oscar. I am a chicken enthusiast and also have a bird dog named Rupert so life stays interesting.
Long story short: I started my writing career in journalism and didn't like that you couldn't make stuff up so I started writing fiction and didn't like that you couldn't eat or live so I started writing advertising. It's a good fit. I'm pretty much always writing something.
I've worked in the smallest boutique creative agencies and on large in-house teams. I admire work that's to the point and unexpected. I think there's a lot of contempt out there for our audience and I think people are, on average, smarter than we give them credit for.
